The BESTIAIRE collection is an artistic collaboration with designer Christian Signorel who brings to life real and imaginary creatures from Antiquity.
A vivid imagination
The starting point of the collection is a trip to Pompeii where an octopus appearing on an ancient mosaic caught the designer's eye. Christian Signorel plays with curves and meanders to feature a very graphic bestiary… Poulpo (Octopus) from Pompeii, Scarab (Beetle) from Egypt, Hydre (Hydra) from the founding myths.

The shape of the rugs is inspired by Greco-Roman cameos and Egyptian cartridges.
